Shipping & Delivery 

Getting your order to you correctly and on time is our first priority for our customers.

  1. GSM MOBILE LIMITED we aim for next day delivery all over the United Kingdom. Any order received before 4:00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.00 pm (assuming the ordered items are all in stock).
  2. Deliveries to addresses other than in United Kingdom are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered next day. delivery time will be notified by email.
  3. Most days we ship orders up to 4PM but can’t guarantee orders after 4PM. if you have an urgent order placed after 4PM please get in touch with our team at 0121 448 5808 or by E-mail
  4. All shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout. Shipping Prices depends on the method chosen the services, location, order value etc.
  5. Once your item has left our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered. We will provide you the email will have a Tracking number so that you can track your parcel.
  6. If you are worried about of your parcel, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number in the Tracking # box. Please follow the instructions on your email.
  7. If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don’t hesitate to give us a call on 121 448 5808 or send us an E-mail the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still not received it. We will inquire for your item of your parcel and advise you where is your parcel is. Unfortunately, we may not be able to check on the status of these parcels on the day of expected delivery, but we will look into it and expect to get back to you on the next working day.
  8. If the parcel you received are damaged upon receipt please take photograph of your parcel and send us by email and notify us within 7 days so we will investigate your case.

UK Next Working Day Delivery

  1. Couriers we use for standard or next day special deliveries include, we use DHL, DPD, Royal Mail,
  2. Guaranteed for next working day delivery, meaning that delivery shouldn’t be expected on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
  3. If you require a guaranteed Saturday service, please ensure this is selected at the checkout or contact with our team before placed your order at 0121 448 5808
  4. GSM MOBILE LIMITED using various services of a third-party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the services that they are required to. but this happens very rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsibility for the late delivery of an you parcel.

Placing your order

  1. You can place your order with us directly on our Website, Phone or by E-mail. We accept credit/debit card. Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you have provided in registration form and will send you a further email to notify you when your order has been dispatched. After dispatched your order we will provide you the tracking number by email.
  2. Orders can be tracked by logging into your account or directly to the courier website. if you have any questions or are having trouble login or track your order, please contact us at 0121 448 5808 or send us an email , if you didn’t create an account with us we will still keep you updated by email. 

Cancelling or amendments

  1. Some time we process several of orders every day, once your order has been completed and dispatched it’s very hard for our team members to locate the orders or amendment as they are amongst several very similar looking packages, once your order has been packaged and completed for shipment we are unable to add to the order, amend the order and in some cases cancel the order. For any queries regarding cancelling or amend your order please give us a call at 0121 448 5808 same day so we may can help you if that possible.  

Large Items

  1. Larger items, including counters, Slat board or big accessories, will either be delivered by our own delivery van. Any item not acceptable by couriers’ company we will notify you by email and arrange deliver your item by our own van service.

  2. We cover the majority of the mainland UK with our van delivery service, and when you place an order you’ll have the option to pick a delivery date and slot as you’re going through checkout.

  3. Free UK standard delivery takes from 3-5 working days, and the exact lead time we’ll offer you during checkout depends on your postcode and availability of delivery slots at that time.  The delivery slots are:

  4. Monday to Friday 10:00am – 9:00pm 

  5. Saturday – Sunday   10am – 6:00pm

  6. We’ll contact you by E-mail the day before your delivery to narrow you am or pm slot down, and we’ll confirm that on the day when the van leaves from our warehouse.

Same day 2-5-hours delivery service

  1. We also provide same day 2-5 hours delivery slot service 130 miles radius from our warehouse.
